Production and Storage
The chocolates are all homemade, in small quantities, and without the use of preservatives or artificial flavours. To guarantee freshness, it is recommended that you consume within your sweets 10 to 12 days following the purchase date. Chocolate is best stored in a cool and dry environment. The refrigerator is to be avoided as it will change the aspect, texture and taste of the chocolates. During summer, preserve your chocolate in the basement, an air conditioned room, or the cellar. For the rest of the year, simply keep them in the cupboard. Enjoy!
All products may have been in contact with nuts, peanuts, soja, gluten and dairy products. Although I take great care to avoid contact with certain products, risks are always present. Feel free to discuss this with me.
